Why Itris
Isn't it annoying when the phone rings while you are in the middle of a task and you have to choose to call them back or cancel what you are currently doing?
ITRIS has a unique floating window design allowing you to interrupt almost any process and come back to it once you have finished the call. You could be creating a search, new vacancy, writing a comment or sending an e-mail, but if the phone rings you can stop where you are, find the record, take the call, make the comment and perform any other necessary action before returning to where you were in the previous task.
Do you find that you cannot update a record which someone else is viewing?
ITRIS does not restrict the user from being able to access or modify records that are being browsed, at the same time, by another user.
Does your system limit the number of records that can be opened at one time?
ITRIS has no limit to the number of records that can be available at anyone time, allowing you to freely browse your data.
Do you have to leave your system to use other related programs?
ITRIS provides a seamless integration between Outlook and Word for processes including automated mail merges and letter attachments, automated Outlook diary replication, links to personal folders, creating and sending of e-mails to Outlook, reading and extracting e-mails from Outlook from within ITRIS, and much more.
Do you have a need for two way text messaging?
ITRIS has its own built-in text solution allowing two-way text messaging directly from within ITRIS. As text messages are sent they are recorded against the person's record, as are the replies, which will appear in real time on their message board. We do not use third parties to route our text messaging but allow you to purchase your own messages, which can be procured for as little as a few pence per text. This means that our text messaging solution is available for use in any country at your local text message rates and through your own chosen local service provider.
Do you find your system leaves too many functions open to the wrong users?
ITRIS has a very comprehensive set of user options and permissions allowing the administrator to tightly control the areas of the system the user can access.
Do you waste time trying to establish the status of the record that you are currently browsing?
As we know how recruitment works, we recognise that important status information such as a candidate working, on interview, not cleared to work, a client not credit checked or owned by another consultant are the first thing that you will want to know when browsing records. We have therefore developed clear banners and flags to prevent time being wasted having to read unnecessary information.
Do you find it difficult to see where you are in relation to your target?
ITRIS provides the user with real time comparisons to management set targets. This allows them to easily determine the areas in which they need to focus their efforts.
Does your company recruit in multiple sectors, but you only want to search for candidates in certain sectors?
ITRIS provides many partitioning and indexing features allowing you to logically group your data, so you only see what you want to see. This saves wasted time in working through irrelevant data. ITRIS also provides partitioning functionality to restrict the view of certain information between specific groups of users. This allows you to easily manage competitive businesses working on the same ITRIS database.
