Remote Support

If you have already spoken to one of our support engineers who has given you a session ID to allow them to take control of your PC, then please click the "Join Session" link below.

When you click the link, you will be asked what you would like to do with the "connect.exe" file - please Run it.  Once the tool is running on your PC, you will see this icon in your task tray: Beam 2 Screen Logo and you will be asked to enter the session ID which has been provided by our support engineer.
